The international exhibition “Stone in Architecture and Art” has opened in Belgrade, which brings together 120 works by various artists from different parts of the world. Among the exhibits, in the categories of architecture and design, were the award-winning works of members of the Jakšić family, a modular stone candlestick, and an interesting ribbed facade on a villa in Sutivan, works that won the 1st Tripun Bokanić award earlier this year. The design of the modular candlestick is signed by Dina Jakšić Pavasović, and the design of the “scratched” facade on the “Dević House” – an apartment building by architect Vinko Peračić – was designed by the stonemason’s workshop Dražen Jakšić. The exhibition aroused great interest and a large number of visitors. More on the link:
