A new useful stone product has recently come out of our workshop. It is a luxury stone set QUATRO which consists of four useful elements: two bowls, a champagne stand and a coaster. The specificity of this product is the ability to combine its elements, as a jigsaw puzzle into a single whole or, if necessary, break it down into separate fragments. Our intention, in the production of this product, was, with a smart approach to design and functionality, to emphasize the added value and luxury compared to mass production and to prevent a large amount of waste and exploitation of indigenous materials. Guided by these principles, we made QUATRO from the same block of white limestone with a single cut line in order to make the most of the natural raw material which, too often, in stonemasonry and stone processing, becomes waste.
A lot of thought has been put into the whole set but the final look of each individual element has also been carefully thought out. The lower part of the stone puzzle, a large bowl of strict geometric exterior shape and organic, irregular interior shape is both subtle and monumental, sufficient to complete even the most demanding interiors. Its roof, a tray of slightly smaller volume, is ideal for dried fruits or nuts typical of the Dalmatian climate that further emphasize the original, indigenous materials used to make these products. The bottle rack, resembling a stone wrapper, is atypical, interesting and special from every angle of view. Its sculpturality adds the perfect dose of luxury to gatherings at the family table. Circular and round coasters, with their softness, do not visually cut the space, but subtly, with the interestingness of the irregular shape, they fit into the richest setting of the table.
