This year, we present the stone Christmas tree, also known as the stone pine.
It is minimal, elegant and full of character.
This stone Christmas decoration gives a new meaning to a familiar holiday symbol.
The idea was to recreate the Christmas tree in a local material that reflects the spirit of Brač Island and its long stonemasonry tradition.
In this way, a traditional motif gains a modern form and lasting value.
In our design approach, we start from simplicity.
We believe that stone speaks for itself – through its texture, colour and quiet strength.
Therefore, we choose clean lines and balanced shapes.
The natural beauty of the material always stays in focus.
In addition, every detail is designed carefully to preserve the authenticity of the stone.
The stone Christmas tree is made of white Brač stone, known for its brightness and fine texture.
It comes in three versions:
a geometric form with straight, precise lines,
an organic shape with soft, natural curves,
a stylised version with circular openings that play with light and shadow.
Each piece is about 18 centimetres high.
They are perfect for Christmas home décor, office spaces or gallery displays.
The stone pine fits beautifully into any interior – modern, classic or rustic.
At the same time, it makes a meaningful Christmas gift.

Jakšić Gallery has preserved the tradition of stone craftsmanship on Brač for four generations.
