Due to strong interest from our customers, we are once again producing a new series of the “Quatro” stone set, one of the most recognisable products created in the Jakšić workshop on the island of Brač. This unique set, crafted from authentic Brač stone, combines contemporary design, exceptional craftsmanship, and a thoughtful approach to materials. What makes the “Quatro” set truly special is its production process. The entire set is designed from a single block of stone and conceived so that one cutting line achieves maximum material efficiency. This approach significantly reduces waste and follows the principles of sustainable production and zero-waste design. Several sets are created simultaneously from one larger block of stone and are separated into individual elements only during the final stage of production.
The set consists of two stone bowls, stone coasters, and a sculptural bottle holder. Its central element is a large bowl carved from white Brač limestone. The exterior features strict geometric lines, while the interior retains an organic and irregular form. This contrast gives the piece a refined elegance. The bowl can be used for fruit, decorative arrangements, or simply displayed as a standalone design object.
The upper section of the set functions as a stone serving tray, ideal for nuts, olives, dried fruit, and other Mediterranean delicacies. Its simplicity and balanced proportions allow it to fit seamlessly into both contemporary and traditional interiors.

The “Quatro” set is handcrafted in our stonemasonry workshop in Donji Humac on the island of Brač, a place renowned for its long tradition of stone carving. The “Quatro” set received the prestigious International Design Awards in Los Angeles in the product design category. It was also shortlisted for the annual awards of Dezeen, the world-renowned architecture and design platform based in London.
